LEGAL MANAGER
Key Accountabilities
- Knowledge of organizational polices in legal affairs, especially in services business law and contract matters
- Good understanding in all relevant law and regulations, especially in mining & plantation law is more preferable
- Able to handling legal issues which related with new capital investment, incoming new investor, litigation, making resolutions etc.
- Must have experience in land compensation and land acquisition.
- Able to cooperate with third party lawyer to review agreement such as: loan agreement, subscription agreement, commercial agreement, etc and to handle official documents
- Having good relation with Government Institutions (such as Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Republic of Indonesia, Indonesia's Investment
- Coordination Board/BKPM) to handle permits that related to legal matters
- Manage legal correspondence and legal documentation filling
Specific Requirements :
- Male / Female, min. 30 years old
- Min. S1 Law from reputable University.
- Having Experience min. 5 years experience in mining or palm oil company company
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written),
- Trustworthy and respect confidentiality
- Good Analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and negotiation skill.
- Willing to be located Jakarta
