SENIOR OF AGRONOMIST

(Jakarta)

Responsibilities : 

• Ensure quality implementation of GAP by leaf & clove suppliers
• Ensure high quality implementation of ALP code of leaf & clove  suppliers in all contracted area where company purchase
• Ensure leaf volume and quality target delivered by each suppliers base on IPS project target
• Establish high quality clove seedling production and ensure number of clove seedling distribution as targeted
• Manage STP Project implementation by Suppliers as well as company's Agronomy Center
• Ensure high quality data, information and reporting required by company
• Set up strategy short and medium term to improve productivity and quality of leaf and clove seedling

Requirements :

• English is a must, both written and spoken.
• Should have exposure and interest in agronomy
• Bachelor degree from any background
