VISITING AGENT AND ENGINEER

    

RESPONSIBILITY

• To review and recommend overall improvements of oil palm Estate operations and Mill and systems to ensure compliance with Group’s standards and regulatory requirements.
• To conduct Estate and Mill visits, and provide feedbacks and recommendations for improvements and enhancements of the oil palm agricultural practices and operational efficiency.
• To assess yield potential, and provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements of the productivity and efficiency.
• To assess OER and KER potential, and provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements of the oil and kernel extraction efficiency
• To advise Estate Managers and Mill Manager on the insights of GAP/GMP and management
•  Other duties and special projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• A recognized Degree in Agriculture or Engineering
• Highly qualified and experienced senior executives and planters
• A minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience in the palm oil Estate management of which at least 5 years should be in the advisory capacity / visiting consultant basis or as a General Manager
• Multitasking and resourceful team player with good interpersonal, communication, analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS office.
• Able to travel and acclimatized to rugged and remote conditions for prolonged periods.
