We are a well established foreign company group having business interest in agribusiness at Palm Oil Plantation, where the company still expanding plantation projects in the region focusing on adopting the industry’s best practices and deriving operational excellence. The concession areal is approximately 22,981 Ha. The area that can be planted for inti is 17,438 ha, which is located in Kabupaten Sambas, West Kalimantan Province, with the planting projection until year 2015.To become world’s most efficient oil palm production in oil palm industry and to enhance profits to the shareholders.

Assistant Nursery - Plantation (Code: A-NURS)  - PT Rana Wastu Kencana

Responsibilities

• Manage all the resources for operational purposes the breeding activities (pre nursery and main nursery)
• Manage the availability of seedlings for transplanting to the field ready and all the agronomic needs of nurseries
• Administration and reporting all breeding activities in accordance with procedures established & to make a daily report, weekly, and monthly progress of oil palm seedlings
• Understand and be able to prepare a work plan and budget of oil palm seedlings

Requirements

• Min. holds Bachelor Degree in or related disciplines preferably in Agronomy/Agribusiness/Agricultural Cultivation or any related discipline
• Male, 28 – 38 years old
• Min. 3 years experience in the same position in palm plantation industry
• Good administration skills and advanced in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)
• Understanding and can demonstrate of all matters of design a layout area of oil palm seedlings
• Highly motivated and creative minded with  a strong drive to succeed
• Customer & service oriented person with passion and desire
• Work based at Estate (Sambas, West Kalimantan)
