We are seeking a highly qualified Agronomy/Agriculture professional to lead our Plantation Department at our Site in Merauke.

Responsibilities:

- Melakukan perencanaan dan pembuatan anggaran pekerjaan Land Preparation beserta penanaman tebu giling dan tebu bibit dalam divisi.
- Mengkoordinir dan membawahi 10 Mandor untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan mulai dari land preparation sampai dengan penanaman tebu sesuai luasan yang telah ditetapkan oleh Ka. Divisi.
- Bertanggung jawab atas asset Perusahaan dalam lingkup tugas dan tanggung jawabnya.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Agronomy/Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry/Soil science/Technology in Agriculture/Mechanization in Agriculture/Plant breeding or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Merauke.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Agriculture/Forestry/Fisheries or equivalent.
• Full-Time and Part-Time position available.
