We invite dynamic and experienced professional people to join us for the position:

LOGISTICS MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Demonstrated experience of managing customers and other programme stakeholders in the delivery of complex project requirements to cost, schedule and quality
• Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated storage and movement of goods between the factory and various sites.
• Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements in delivery performance
• Analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions
• Manages the team of logistics personnel charged with the task of order preparation and fulfillment. This team is responsible for all inbound and outbound logistics.
• Ensuring warehouse staff is well-trained and supervised for their job in the logistics area
• Coordinating with all required freight carriers including negotiating prices & conditions regularly for the benefits of the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Male max 40 th
• Hold university degree in related field.
• Strong knowledge and experience in logistics process.
• Fluent in English is not a must
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as Logistics Supervisor in the trading Company, especially for crude palm oil.
• Ability to maintain relationship both externally and internally, team player and result oriented.
• Highly integrity, committed, honest and responsible person
