SURVEYOR/ GIS (Code: SG)

Requirements:

• Min. holds Bachelor Degree on Geography, Geodesy, Forestry or related disciplines
• Male, 25 – 35 years old
• Min 2 year experience as surveyor in palm oil company
• Can use GPS, Theodolite, Compass or Clinometer
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Understand the ways of plantation land measuring
• the (MapInfo, ArcGIS/ ArcView and other)
• Experienced in techniques of mapping data processing with GIS mapping software (MapInfo, ArcGIS, Theodolite, Trimble Pathfinder Office)
• Autocad or AutoLevel and other mapping instruments in the field
• Good personality, interpersonal skill, and communication skill
• Highly motivated and creative minded with a strong drive to succeed is a must
• Tenacious, commitment and high responsibility in the task, enjoys challenges and has the mental toughness in stressful working conditions
• Willing work based on estate

Responsibility:

• The position will be responsible for mapping of land and blocking area activities
• Conduct surveys/ blocking area boundaries and natural boundaries
• Measurement of community land ownership
• Tracing the trenches of society and inventory
• As a technical assistant in the activities of the LC or the opening of trenches/ canals
• Data processing and mapping survey
