Agra Bareksa is one of Djarum Group with main business in forestry, located in Kalimantan. We manage area of concession ± 370.000 ha. Due to rapid growing of our company, we challenge professional and highly motivated people to join our team for the following position:

Community Development Supervisor ( COMDEV – SPV )

Requirement : 

• Male, max 30 years old
• Bachelor degree from faculty of social science/ communication
• Min. 3 years experience as CSR, preferable from plantation company
• Possess good concept on community development, community empowerment and local business development program
• Good relationship with government institution is preferable
• Able to work under pressure, tight schedule, independently and in a team, strong sense of identity corporate culture
• Strong leadership and self confident
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Have a strong negotiation skill and analytical problem solving
• To Be located in Kalimantan (remote area), willing to travel.
