Harvesting Manager (Plantation - NTB)

Presley Consulting is currently recruiting on behalf of its respected client, one of an established refinery sugar plantation, who is looking for an experienced Harvesting Manager to join their team in NTB Plantation area.

Job responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, manage and responsible for harvesting schedule and transporting the yields to factory
• Develop, maintain and build a good team in Harvesting Department
• Socializing and campaigning to the residents and related department/ federation.
• Ensure the harvest techniques are done properly.
• Plan, manage and review for the working targets and harvesting targets.
• Manage, review and ensure that all the targets are well achieved.

Job requirements:

• Male, min. age 35 years old
• Min. bachelor degree with major in Agriculture or other related disciplines
• Have min. 7 years experience in harvesting department and in related Plantation industries.
• Able to create and implementing work targets independently or in team
• Excellence communication skill to the resident and other external department/ communities
• Excellent skill in transportation and logistic
• Able to work in tight target for individual or in team
• Strong leadership in monitoring or supervise the subordinates
• Willing to be placed in Nusa Tenggara Barat – NTB
