Lowongan Estate Manager (Manager Kebun)

Agro Mandiri Semesta Ganda Group is a group of companies which mainly focus on palm oil agribusiness as its core business. The Group is expanding rapidly; therefore we are looking for qualified professional people to join our company at the following position :

Estate Manager (Manager Kebun)

Responsibilities:

• Management and supervision of maintenance, gardening and domestic staff at all sites, including health and safety training, logging of holidays/absence etc.
• Responsibility for the upkeep of all properties to a high standard whilst carrying out basic building and maintenance work where required. Responsibility on Social and Community relation on site location.
• Responsibility for budgeting of all the services and annual expenses to each estate. Responsibility for nursery / plasma on site location.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry or equivalent.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required language(s): English.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Agriculture/Forestry/Fisheries or equivalent. Job role in Agriculture/Plantation or Management.
• Control productivity crop & labour productivity
• Computer skill (Word, Excel, Power point)
• English language skill actively.
• Good communication, reporting & presentation skill.
• Strong leadership, conceptual thinking, high quality standard of work, budgeting & cost control.
