- Min Bachelor Degree in Agriculture
- Min 5 years working experiences as GM HRD in Palm Oil Company
- Experienced in overall technical planning, organizing, and implementation of activities in the Oil Palm Plantations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, also able to lead a team
- Willing to travel to our region ( Riau & Kalimantan)
