URGENTLY NEEDED   We are an affiliate of foreign China based company, ZTE Agribusiness, now growing a large and big oil palm plantation in Indonesia and beyond. We are opening opportunities to qualified and professional candidates who like challenges, have honest and energetic spirit, and highly motivated to join us with the position as follows: Legal Staff Jakarta Raya Responsibilities: Process the Land Compensation Agreement Negotiate land compensation and ensure all documents are valid Settle any land issues separately Make a Legal Agreement for Estate (land clearing, employment agreement, medical, leasing dump truck) Provide legal assistance for Estate Department Collect the company documents and agreements related to the estate operations Requirements: Experience min. 2 years as Legal Staff / Officer Preferably having worked in the oil palm plantation companies Bachelor degree of Law Computer Literate (Ms. Office, Ms. Power Project, Internet). Having good communication skill internally and externally. Having good negotiation skill and good in teamwork as well.
