Responsibilities:
Skills & Knowledge :
- Decisions made independently:
- Analyze methods and procedures to ensure data accuracy and efficient process
- Coach and evaluate/review subordinates (if any)
- Manage own travel plan, based on necessity
- Manage subordinates’ travel plan & working schedule according to priority
- Decisions made in the form of recommendations:
- Major or Sudden changes on the forecasting that could create a very different results globally
- Human resources: subordinate recruitment
- Strategic thinking in terms of Indonesia palm oil origination
- Decisions referred to higher authority:
- Changes on long term SnD globally
- Collaboration with other business function
Skills & Knowledge :
- Oil palm agronomy training (optional)
- Applied mathematics and statistics
- Ability to consolidate and analyze data/information and translate into action
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good personnel relationship skill
- Strong Communication skill
- Proven Leadership and Organizational skill
- Have a thorough understanding of supply chain principles (forecasting, processing, logistics and operations management), as well as market knowledge
- Working experience in the same area of work, minimum 2 years (optional)
- Broad profile in palm oil Processing or Commercial (optional)
- Experience that makes incumbent to be able to filter the information
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Tools
- Familiar with statistic tools
- Broad knowledge of palm oil (optional)
- Good understand of Indonesian geography
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
- Position should be willing to travel frequently to plantation estates some of which are in remote areas. (about 25% to 50% of the time)
