- Male
- Min Bachelor Degree (preferred Master Degree) Agriculture
- Min 10 years working experiences as General Manager at Palm Oil Company
- Experience in Palm oil research (integrated pest management, plant breeding, statistic for palm oil research, agronomical aspect in palm oil, competent in best management practice)
- Good communication & Fluent in English
- Willing to travel to our region ( Riau & Kalimantan)
