Looking for smart and dynamic professionals for our company under below mentioned position and minimum required criteria: Research (Crop-Surveyor) Jakarta Raya Responsibilities: Primary Objective To develop and implement ways to track and analyze main variables on Indonesia’s palm production. The role reports directly to the trade & origination manager. The understanding on the characteristics of the palm tree is important and travelling/networking is crucial in order to collect on-the-ground information and help the research team building a solid database.     Responsibility of the role Perform a crop-survey on the palm plantations in Indonesia and provide a detailed report on month-on-month performance of the palm plantations and to provide a forecast on future performance. Develop a crop-survey map using a mapping software such as ArcGis Provide real-time updates and relaying information to the team on Logistical challenges seen on the ground that affects the palm trade Weather updates and analysing the impact on palm production Analyse on-ground marketing strategy of competitors i.e. purchase of FFB, sales of CPO and logistic assets owned Travelling around Indonesia 15-20 days in a month and being able to provide a daily update to the team. Requirements: Male Maximum age 28 years old University graduate, prefer from Agronomy/Farming & Agribusiness (S1) Grade : GPA > 3.0 Candidates must demonstrate Good basic understanding on the agronomy of palm plantation Great analytical skills, lateral thought Strong communication skills, ability to socialize à  ‘street smart’ Flexibility and adaptability in terms of schedule, travelling and meeting people Good planning and organization skills Time management and ability to deliver to demanding time scales Self-motivation, assertiveness and emotional intelligence Ability to make quick decisions Local expertise and English language skills Suitable candidate should submit an application letter together with a comprehensive curriculum vitae with a recent photograph and expected salary to:   Human Resources Department   hrldci.recruits@gmail.com
