Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Agriculture or equivalent.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Able to identify TNA & design training programs, Curriculum & Syllabus, evaluating & delivering training especially at Palm Oil Plantation Company (Etc. Harvesting Technique, Workshop Equipment Technique, Nursery Technique).
- Preferably if you have experience as Askep Estate or deliver technical training.
- Able to create modules and visual aids for a training
- Possesses strong presentation and communication skill
- Attractive, good performance, personality, honest, self motivated, discipline.
- Willing to be place at sites (West Kalimantan)
- Full-Time position(s) available.
