CSR (CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONBILITY) HEAD

 

Requirements :

• EDUCATION:	Master’s degree in CSR from reputable university.
  TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:	Balanced conceptual and implementation skills. Good skills in developing community programs and nurturing effective working relationships with government, related communities, NGO and other agencies, and media. Good skills in communications. Fluent oral and written bahasa Indonesia and English.
  MANAGERIAL REQUIREMENTS:	Has gained considerable experience in CSR, at least 8 years working experience, with a minimum of 5 years in managerial capacity. Has the ability to develop a strategic plan and realistic tactical implementation plans. Has good business acumen. Must show strong implementation skills. Has the ability to work collaboratively with various internal functions at various levels. Ability to lead, guide and train & coach team members and indirect internal/external parties. Ability to bring results while building organizational infrastructure and team. Ability to mitigate and manage Conflict Resolutions in areas of conflict with the community.
  PERSONAL TRAITS	Demonstrates personal value alignment with Good Corporate Governance and company values of : Integrity, Respect for People & Environment and Continuous Improvement. Is resourceful, able to maximize currently available resources. Possesses a passion for dealing with people and community issues.  Has natural ability to easily blend with local communities. Has good lobbying skills, is street smart. Must be willing to travel extensively to various business unit locations. Must be a self-starter and high achiever
