PA - Production Research Jawa Timur Responsibilities: Keep zero incident of core value on Production Research operation Lead, set time line & conduct Parent Testing Group and maintain communication with Comm Team, PSPC Team & R n D Cooperate with PSPC team & Commercial team on product knowledge information sharing and assist pilot production Lead, set time line & consolidate Customer Voice with commercial team Coordinate with FIM to design agronomy research trial and it’s protocol Set time line & conduct agronomy research trial meet the expectation. Provide, analyze, and deliver the trial result as expected in agreed timeline. Maintain the cost, data and material asset in PR operation Design of tools/technical/process to improve agronomy/quality practice both in internal PR & Commercial Corn Lead and develop the team member (PRA) in each territories both soft and technical skill Requirements: Minimum of Bachelor Degree of Agricultural Work well as a part of team   Strong organizational skills Able to supervise others and delegate responsibility High degree of integrity 2 years of field supervision experience Based locally in East Java   Send your resume with code of PA as subject of your email to HR.Indonesia@pioneer.com  or you may submit to:   PT.
