Due to rapid business expansion, currently we are seeking for the highly motivated professionals to strengthen our team in the following positions and requirements: Training & Development Manager Kalimantan Barat Responsibilities: The candidate should be an experienced in plan, design & implemented of Training & Development activities, such as training need analysis, program, budget based on target with strong computer, leadership and organization skills. Requirements: Age max. 40 years old. Graduated Min. S1 degree Majoring Agriculture/Human Resources/ Psychology/Management from reputable University Minimum 3 years experience as T&D Manager in Palm Oil. Plantation experience is a must Good communication & presentation. English and computer literacy are a must. High motivation, discipline, team work, dynamic with good personality. Work location at Pontianak.
