Industrial Relations Assistant Manager Sumatera Selatan Responsibilities: Assist HR Services Region Manager in implementing industrial relations program in region. Examine industrial relations issues, and coordinate with other department to resolve the issues. Maintain good relationship with employee and union by regularly visit to plantation and factory. Requirements: Willing to be based in Palembang. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) (Preferred in Law & Psycology). Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position (Having plam oil knowledge and working experience is an advantage). Familiar in handle filling system, knowing about labour law and its regulations, proactive, trustworthy, responsible. Having Negotiational Skill, Communicative, Good Leadership and Team Player. Able to work under pressure in a challenging environment.
