We are seeking high qualified persons for vacant position:

Business Head Pesticide Free Market

Summary Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate marketing activities pesticides, develop and maintain good relationships with associates, customers and suppliers in order to achieve the target set by the budget and in accordance with the business plan of the company.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare annual budget and quarterly for the operation and promotion of the product in the  territory of Indonesia
• Monitor all marketing and sales activities and to ensure all activities in accordance with marketing plans, business plans and company standards and procedures
• Propose and seek approval from the Director of Operations of the selling price of the product in accordance with the specified range to avoid irregularities in determining the selling price
• Conduct performance analysis of existing product growth to be submitted to the Director of   Operations, including products - new products that will be proposed
• Presenting regular reports to the Director of Operations of the market situation is up to date and to provide suggestions, ideas or alternatives in the situation at hand
• Develop, locate and define product development plans effectively and efficiently to suit the budget set
• Develop and maintain business relationships with customers / suppliers and customers old / new suppliers that are considered potential, including government institutions related to the goal of achieving the company's business plan
• To coordinate the inventory availability and distribution schedules with the PSD
• To coordinate with the Ministry of Finance & Accounting to ensure the appropriate payment terms and conditions agreed upon and in accordance with standard enterprise procedures
• Coordinate and supervise the performance of each of the subordinates in order to develop the potential of subordinates in coordination with HR

Requirements:

• Hold minimum Bachelor degree (S1)  in  agronomy or related discipline from reputable university
• Has minimum 5 year(s) of working experiences in related position (marketing and selling agronomy in retail market)
• Capable to build up and lead effective marketing and sales team
• Has a good network with distributors and retail chain of Agronomy business in Indonesia (priority ; Java, Sumatera, and east Indonesia)
• Has a strong knowledge of  business model in agronomy retail market and deliver to effective business strategy
• Must have strong initiative, result oriented with strong personal drive
