On behalf of our Clients, a Non Profit Organization, we are looking high caliber personnel who meet the qualification below:

Regional Manager - (Denpasar, Bali)

Requirements:

• Male/Female, willing to be based in Denpasar;
• Graduate of a reputable university, BS or BA Degree in: Natural Resources Management, Agriculture or related industries, Economic/Business Development or related field, MS or MA Degree is preferred;
• Minimum 5 years of working and field experience in natural resources management, agriculture or related industries and/or economic development;
• Proven track record in managing Regional Office and extensive experience in Project Management skills (planning, management, evaluation);
• Experience in managing all aspects of organization’s strategic plan in the region including portfolio management, financial and operational;
• Experience in marketing and sales with Business Management skills is a plus;
• Proficient in English language skills is a MUST with extensive experience in writing, editing and verbal communications skills;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia or other Asian language capability;
• Strong organizational management and development skills, excellent in managing priorities and deadlines, and put attention to details;
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to foster a cooperative work environment, interact culturally, linguistically and diplomatically with others;
• Sufficient IT orientation and computer skills;
• Knowledge of, and commitment to environmental and socio-economic issues and sustainability practice;
• Open to light traveling as might be required by the Organization.
