Assistant Sortasi/Grading - Mill(Code: Asst. G)

Requirements:

• Min. holds Bachelor Degree in or related disciplines preferably in Agronomy / Agriculture.
• Male, 28 – 38 years old.
• Min 3 years experience in the same position in palm plantation industry
• Min 3 years experience as Field Assistant would be an advantage
• Good administration skills and advanced in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc).
• Good personality, inter-personal skill, communication skill and able to manage under pressure.
• Highly motivated and creative minded with a strong drive to succeed is a must.
• Customer & service oriented person with passion and desire.
• Work based at Mill (Sambas, West Kalimantan).

Responsibility:

• Responsible for the process and grading outcome
• Determine the appropriate criteria required TBS factory (cooked, raw, foul etc) that have been sent
• Determine if the proper type of fruit from the fruit core plasma and the suppliers
• Can do the sorting fruit in accordance with the company policy
• Can provide an acceptable percentage of fruits pieces in the factory
• Can define quality objective/Quality Objective PKS
• Knowing and can organize the whole administration sorting plant in accordance with the procedures in the company.
