Crop Specialist - Rice

Reporting to the Crop Manager,  you will coordinate all activity in marketing development and brand management in order to growth the business and portfolio.

Job Requirements :

• Strong background in plantation and farm business especially developing market in Rice Business.
• Has min 3 years experience in the field.
• Willing for Frequently Travel

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist and Implement the marketing plan of Rice Business.
• Implement the priority focus of profitable products and support of Rice Business.
• Seek the potential business opportunity on Rice.
• Propose label extensions for Rice.
• Monthly Report

Your Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree majoring in Agricultural, majoring in Plant Protection.
• Good communication skills in English both verbal and written.
• Good computer proficiency.
• Hard worker and able to work in team
• Willing to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• High initiative and proactive.
• Fast learner.
