Estate Manager Plantation
Samarinda (Kalimantan Timur)
Responsibilities:
- Develop a budget and plan the garden around the technical operations in the field, from land clearance, LC, breeding, care, harvesting, etc.
- Carry out periodic inspection and incidental to any activity in the field garden
- Control activities in the field of production and improvement
- Controlling operating costs in order to achieve maximum results, but efficient
- Responsible for the implementation of all administrative activities and reporting responsibilities under
- build good relationships, harmony and kinship with the local community are
- To lead, develop, motivate and care to all personnel under his responsibility
Requirements:
- The background education is Technical Engineer
- Have experience in sales engineer
- Creative thinker and should posses ability to resolve critical problems
- Good organizational skills, management skills and ability to energetic
- Should have ability to multitask and handle conflicts in the business
- Ability to analyze the market and target potential clients
- Actively involved in the developmental plans of the company and devoted to work
- Target oriented and believe in team work
Should posses ability to work individually in certain situations
