Responsibilities: 

• Develop a budget and plan the garden around the technical operations in the field, from land clearance, LC, breeding, care, harvesting, etc.
• Carry out periodic inspection and incidental to any activity in the field garden
• Control activities in the field of production and improvement
• Controlling operating costs in order to achieve maximum results, but efficient
• Responsible for the implementation of all administrative activities and reporting responsibilities under
• build good relationships, harmony and kinship with the local community are
• To lead, develop, motivate and care to all personnel under his responsibility

Requirements:

• The background education is Technical Engineer
• Have experience in sales engineer
• Creative thinker and should posses ability to resolve critical problems
• Good organizational skills, management skills and ability to energetic
• Should have ability to multitask and handle conflicts in the business
• Ability to analyze the market and target potential clients
• Actively involved in the developmental plans of the company and devoted to work
• Target oriented and believe in team work

Should posses ability to work individually in certain situations
