Divisional Manager (Plantation)

PLANTATION DIVISIONAL MANAGERS (Circa USD70,000 per annum)

As a Divisional Manager, you will be given opportunity to learn cross operation units within the Plantation Department. You will be working with a team of international expatriates and local nationals across various locations in Australasia.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and follow-up of plantation maintenance and cultivation
• Responsible for land acquisition
• Harvesting and organization of transportation and logistics to the factory
• Organizing road construction
• Budgeting and budgetary control administration
• Planning and organizing plantation development: extensions or re-plantations
• Maintain good relations within and without the industry.

Requirements:

• Degree in Agriculture Science/ Agribusiness/ Farming/ Forestry or related discipline
• Between 2 to 4 years of farming or agriculture related experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Foreigners / locals are welcome
• A strong desire to work with and manage people in a multicultural environment
• Quick to adapt to new environment, improve work practices and embrace change
• Those who have grown up in a farming environment will have an added advantage.
