Assistant Grading - Mill(Code: A-GRD)

Requirements:

• Min. holds Bachelor Degree in or related disciplines preferably in Mechanical Engineering, or any related discipline.
• Male, 28 – 38 years old.
• Min 3 years experience in the same position and all of related benefit experience in palm plantation industry is a must.
• Good administration skills and advanced in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc).
• Good personality, inter-personal skill, communication skill and able to manage under pressure.
• Highly motivated and creative minded with a strong drive to succeed is a must.
• Customer & service oriented person with passion and desire.
• Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines cause greater than normal departmental pressures.
• Work based at Mill (Sambas, West Kalimantan).

Responsibility:

• Sorting out the quality/maturity of FFB before getting into the Loading Ramp;
• Ensure the controlled transport / FFB transportation from the field (TPH) to factory;
• Sorting the results reported to the Mill Assistant Manager/Manager;
• Ensure the FFB continuities in the Loading Ramp were not obstructed into the process;
• Provide a report to the Estates about the FFB sorting transparently;
• Record the up to date results of sorting, to report daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly.
