SENIOR CATEGORY MANAGER (Fish and Butchery) Responsibilities: Monitoring the development and profit growth of category in  order to achieve agreed target. Developing plan related to Fresh Merchandise Division, especially for fish and butchery products. Developing action plans in overcoming  gap between sales and margin achievement to  target. Monitoring and conducting negotiation with suppliers in supplying selling products. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major. At least 5 years of working experience as Buyer at hypermarket/supermarket or other retail business, with specialization in Fish and Butchery. Having good relationship and networking with supplier. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Excellent in English is a must.
