Sr. ESTATE MANAGER (7.000 - 10.000 Ha)
(Kubu Raya-KALBAR)
Requirement :
- Minimum of 15 years (1) or 10 years (2) managerial experience in established palm oil plantation group
- Able to design yearly activity plan and also organize and evaluate the result in other to achieve the target
- Excellent managerial skill
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from reputable university
- Able to communicate in English (English literate)
- Computer literate
- Able to work under pressure and strict targets/deadline
- Having a good knowledge regarding nursery, fertilization, and harvesting
- Having an excellent skill to manage plantation with the characteristic of peat land area (area gambut).
