SMART is a subsidiary of Golden Agri-Resources Ltd ("GAR"), which is one of the largest palm-based companies in the world which is listed on the Singapore Exchange. SMART also manages all of GAR's oil palm plantations, which has a total planted area of 459,500 hectares (including small holders) in Indonesia, as at 30 September 2012.

Legal Manager (Litigation)

SMART TBK, PT

 

Job Descriptions:

• Specialized in managing litigation cases (up to supreme court)
• Coordinating and liaising with external lawyer to handle dispute or lawsuit
• Analyze any legal issues and provide legal recomendations to the Board of Directors
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements and other legal documents

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from reputable University
• Min. 8 years of experience in Law/Legal matters
• Work experience from Law firms is an added advantage
• Ability to manage cases under high pressure and tight deadlines is a must
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
