Requirements:
- Pria, usia max. 35 tahun
- Pendidikan min D3 semua disiplin (IPK min. 3.00)
- Berpengalaman min. 5 tahun di Property Developer Perusahaan
- Berpengalaman dalam pembebasan tanah
- Paham Proses Akuisisi Lahan, mampu membuat perjanjian/kontrak kerjasama
- Menguasai legalitas yang berhubungan dengan Akuisisi Lahan
- Menguasai teknis pengalihan hak, bidang hukum, PPJB, AJB dan lain-lain
- Menguasai bahasa Inggris dan memiliki kemampuan teknik komunikasi yang baik
- Memiliki kemampuan untuk memimpin dengan integritas, loyalitas dan motivasi yang tinggi
- Pekerja keras dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dengan target dan deadline
