SMART also manages all of GAR's oil palm plantations, which has a total planted area of 459,500 hectares (including small holders) in Indonesia, as at 30 September 2012.
For this objective we wish to recruit dynamic, highly motivated and committed candidates for future leaders in our several business units.

 

Responsibilities:

•    Update and maintain organization structure project
•    Manage and engage in performance management activities
•    Ensure organization development documentation are well maintained; update of job description and leveling as when necessary
•    General support to company’s projects and programs.

 

Requirements:

•     Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Management / Human Resources Management, or Engineering field
•     At least 4-5 years’ experience in similar role
•     Good planning & organizing skills
•     Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
