Job Description

• Plan, organize, make an excellent breeding procedures and expendable related with all locations
• Monitoring the implementation of seed production according to established procedures
• Cast monitoring seed production, including the cost of human resources and related with all production cost
• Finding and fixing the production process to produce good quality seeds with efficient cost
• Forming an excellent organization structure with good human resources capacity

Requirements

• Qualified Bachelor or Master degree in Agriculture with 10 – 12 years of total work experience in Plantation
• Minimum 5 years in Seeding experience
• Having wide knowledge about plantation production
• Excellent leadership skills to control seed production in the field
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to travel
