RUBBER ESTATE MANAGER
The successful applicant will have the following attributes:
- A minimum of 5 years work experience in mature rubber estate management with direct involvement in replanting, immature upkeep and nursery operations.
- A recognized Degree/Diploma in Agriculture.
- Currently hold a position as an estate manager with a good career track record.
- The ability to adapt to a new environment.
- Innovation and the ability to improve work practices and embrace change.
- The commitment to progress with a career in management.
- Candidate’s maximum age no more than 50 years of age.
- Good leadership and man-management skills with the ability to motivate staff and workers.
- Ability to work as a team player.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of the Company’s management team.
- Good computer knowledge is preferred.
