Requirements

• Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Agriculture/Mechanical /Civil Engineering
• Have 10 year working experience in the same field including 4 year in managerial position, preferably in agribusiness companies
• Have a good leadership skill
• Have strong commercial/negotiating skills
• Be able to improve his/her team potentials continually
• Be proficient in English
