SEKAR BUMI Tbk, is a manufacturer and distributor of frozen food products, looking for competence candidat to fulfill the vacant position below : Plant Manager (PM) Sidoarjo (Jawa Timur) Responsibilities: Take ultimate responsibility for the outcome of all day to day and long-ranging activities in the production facility Supply upper management with accurate and timely data regarding production rates, waste, downtime, and quality levels Requirements: Male Age maximum 40 years old Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology / Industry Engineer from reputable university Strong working knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, HACCP, and quality control programs in food processing environments Excellent written and verbal in English At least 5 years managerial experience in a food processing environment at least 2 of which shall have been spent in the capacity of plant manager or assistant plant manager. Experience in managing Plant and min. 5years within a management role in Food Manufacturing Strong leadership & communication skill, tough personality, integrity, good management skill, show high degree of energy and passion to make things happen - being result oriented Please state in the application letter.
