We have been retained by leading plantation company, we are looking for dynamic and result oriented  Plantation Director to lead and manage the palm oil plantation. The company offers opportunities along with a very attractive compensation package.

PLANTATION DIRECTOR

(JAKARTA)

Responsibilities:

• The candidate will initially be responsible as overall  plantation operations
• Handling  business & capital planning to assure financial processes implemented accordingly.
• Prepared and reviewed mid and long term operational-plan
• Profit and loss responsibility

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in related field
• The ideal candidate for this role would be someone with a minimum of 15 years plantation management experience or similar project/industry which must include a few years in Palm Oil plantation
• Candidates a more senior levels with exposure to modern systems of Plantation will be considered for placement at higher levels
• Candidates with more years of experience may also be considered and there is no age restriction
