MARKET DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

(will be based in East Java East area)

This position will be responsible for :

• Leading, directing, motivating, and developing the Market Development Officers
• Effective implementation of the demand creation activities
• Manage meetings, sales calls and execute sales programs with key Retailers and Dekalb Ambassador
• Providing operational leadership to deliver on their territory business plan in his/her assigned area.
• Continuously provide input to market analysis based on his/her area dynamic and market intelligence in order to  support the implementation of program/action needed in field operations.
• Report monthly sales channel inventory and relabeling process at retailer level
• Create and build strong relationship with Dekalb Ambassadors, retailers and capture the customer data into the database

Job Requirement :

• Bachelor degree from Agriculture, Management, Marketing from reputable university
• Have 3-5 years sales or marketing experience
• Proven track record in innovative demand creation activities
• Preferably prior working experience in the agriculture industry
• Candidates from  outside the agriculture industry are encouraged to apply particular those familiar with the East Java channel or distribution system
• Preferably has past people management experience
• Have good communication skills (verbal & written)
• Well-informed and able to work under stress, multi tasking ability
