Responsibilities: Implements Syngenta’s GTM strategy to potential growers and influencers.  Grow market share and create grower demand for Syngenta products by selling ‘value adding’ Integrated Crop Solutions (ICS) and delivering outstanding customer service.  Setting clear direction and allocating appropriate resources based on the market needs Increase sub regional's contribution to the national business Maintain high performance teamwork to minimize turnover within the team Upgrade the relationship and engagement with growers and influencers to create Syngenta as a trusted business partner Closely work with Account Executive to implement the agreed grower and channel strategy build a successful and sustainable business growth Requirements: Posses Agriculture Degree from reputable university Having 1 years relevant experience Good interpersonal relationship building    Proficient in English Good communication and presentation skills Has deep and broad crop and product knowledge People/Team Management Maximum age 32 years Willing to be placed in East Indonesia (Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Nusa Tenggara) You also can open our website at   https://www.syngentajobs.com/apply.html
