Lowongan Mill Manager/Mill Engineer

MKH Berhad (formerly known as Metro Kajang Holdings Berhad) is a Main Board Listed Company with businesses in Property Development, Property Investments (shopping complexes), Manufacturing, Trading and Oil Palm Plantations.

We are currently seeking suitably qualified, experienced and dynamic individuals to further his/her career in our Oil Palm Plantations arm as:

Mill Manager/Mill Engineer
Kalimantan Timur (Indonesia)

Requirements: The incumbent have a degree/diploma in Engineering from a recognized university, with numerous years of hands-on working experience in milling operations in a palm oil mill.
He is well versed with the construction of a new mill and able to liaise effectively with contractors and monitor the inception of the new mill until the stages of operations and he is able to effectively set up systems, policies and procedures for the running of the palm oil mill.

He would have proven leadership skills to move and motivate a team of mill workers to achieve milling objectives and he is a consistent team player to effectively work in tandem with other operational managers

 

The person must be willing to relocate to Kalimantan, Indonesia.
