Lowongan Plantation Assistant Manager [AMP]

We are a well established foreign conglomerate having business interest in palm oil plantations, breweries, financial services and leisure. GoodHope Asia Holdings Limited is the groups’ plantations in Indonesia who has a land bank in excess of 100,000 hectares of plantations and mills in several provinces of Indonesia. In line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals to be placed in regions of Indonesia.

Plantation Assistant Manager [AMP]
(Papua, Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Timur)

Responsibilities:

• To Assist the Estate Manager in maintaining the estate under good order and execute plantation activities of the estate, including organize daily distribution of work force and field staff and to coordinate the field operation such us harvesting, loose fruit collection, fertilizing, weeding, and other field activities

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should possess Bachelor degree in Agriculture or Forestry
• Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in similar position in the palm oil plantation
• Can communicate in English, both oral and written is an added advantage
• Willing to be relocated in remote area at Ketapang & Sintang, West Kalimantan
