SALES MANAGER
Jakarta Pusat (Jakarta Raya), Medan (Sumatera Utara)

Responsibilities:

• To lead the Indonesian Sales Team to penetrate the Indonesian market, achieve sales targets and increase market share in Indonesia’s fertilizer sales
• Carry out business development, brand-building & marketing activities
• Other adhoc duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time

 

 

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ working experience in selling fertilizer or agriculture-related product to large plantations above 50'000 hectares in Indonesia, preferably palm oil plantations
• Relevant academic qualifications in agriculture, plantation management or equivalent field of study from a reputable university
• Possess strong business acumen coupled with self-drive to achieve sales targets
• Preferably possess strong networking and wide business contacts with plantation managers or agronomists in Indonesia, particularly in the palm oil industry
• Able to write articulate sales reports
