Field Assistant Staff

Sumatera Selatan

Responsibilities:

• Approaching, maintain and keep updating the farmer about product knowlede;
• Organize farmer meeting;
• Manage & conduct the field demonstration product;
• Distribute promotion material;
• Collecting market research;
• Supporting other customer (Distributor & Supplier).

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (S1) Agriculture who has passions in Agriculture;
• Having min.1 years experience as a Marketing (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply);
• Strong Determination;
• Highly motivated and self motivated;
• Creative and likes to work in a fast paced business environment;
• Fluency in English is a must;
• Having strong interest in agricultural business;
• Strong Communication skills are essential;
• Strong research skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Proven time management skills are required;
• Strong general business knowledge.
