HEAD OF AGRONOMY
Requirement :
- Able to speak Bahasa Indonesia and English is an advantage
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Agronomy in Agriculture or related disciplines
- 10-20 years relevant working experience in big oil palm companies.
- Experience in data analysis work
- Based in Pontianak and palm plantation
- Hard working and result oriented
- Make agronomy strategy and policies with the objective of optimization for the oil palm plantation production.
- To lead and implement agronomy practice with the objective of improving yields and enhancing the growth of oil palms in varieties of soils.
- To be proficient in scientific analysis of information and writing of reports and publications
- To provide technical inputs and services to estates
- To lead the training sessions to estate personnel on good agronomic practices and water management
- To plan and provide fertilizer application programs and recommendations for oil palm for the Group oil palm estates plantings and advise the estates on the good agronomic & water management practices for yield improvement
- To provide trainings/clinics in various agronomic aspects for executive and non-executive staff of oil palm estate operations
- To lead and conduct feasibility studies for new agricultural development
