Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Age Maximum 40 Years Old
• S1 Agriculture(Agronomic, Horticulture, Breeding) from reputable university (minimum GPA : 2.75).
• At least 5 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Specific Skill, The Germ Plasma Manager should be at a level to :
• Selection method, Population and quantitative Genetics, Plant Physiology, Horticulture, Plant Pathology and Plant Biotechnology.
• Fluently English both oral and written
• Computer literate MS Office
• Good Leadership

• Good communication, motivation, honest, accurate, neat, diligent, interpersonal, dynamic and analytical skills
• Highly energetic with initiative and confidence
• Able to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment
• Liked the field work and travel
• Able to join immediately
• Willing to work overtime
• Willing to be located in Purwakarta
