The Group is expanding rapidly; therefore we are looking for qualified professional people to join our company at the following position :
DIVISION MANAGER/Askep Kebun
Responsibilities:
- To conduct agronomy trials with the objective of improving yields and enhancing the growth of oil palms in peat and mineral soils.
- To be proficient in scientific analysis of information and writing of reports and publications.
- Conduct training sessions to estate personnel on good agronomic practices and water management.
- Plan and provide fertilizer application programs and recommendations for oil palm for the Group oil palm estates plantings and advise the estates on the good agronomic & water management practices for yield improvement.
- Provide trainings/clinics in various agronomic aspects for executive and non-executive.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma from reputable university graduate from Agriculture (Pertanian).
- Min. 5 years experience handle palm plantation.
- Male, age max. 45 years old.
- Control productivity crop & labour productivity
- Computer skill (Word, Excel, Power point)
- English language skill actively
- Good communication, reporting & presentation skill
- Strong leadership, conceptual thinking, high quality standard of work, budgeting & cost control
