Requirement

• Candidates must be at the age of  28 years old and above.
• Having min. 3 years experience in position of field conductor.  
• Able to manage around 500-750 hectare palm oil plantation
• Able to design monthly activity plan and also organize and evaluate the result in other to active the target
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from reputable university
• Computer literate
• Able to work under pressure and strict to targets/deadline
