HUMAN RESOURCES GENERAL MANAGER
Responsibilities:- Human resources planning & budgeting
- Effective compensation & benefit
- Prepare and running talent acquisition, people development and retention program
- Ensuring development of relationship with stake holders
- Defining, formulating, communicating and implementing HR policies
- Generating HR reports
- Male/female
- A degree holder from a reputable university
- Min 15 years in Human Resources
- Have experience in palm oil plantation company
- Excellent communication and strong leadership
- Strong analytical and people management skill
- Fluent in speaking and writing in English
- Location : Head Office Jakarta
