GENERAL MANAGER - LEGAL
Responsibilities:
- Drafting & negotiating of agreements
- Corporate law advisory, compliance
- Company secretarial
- Litigation
- Procedural and compliance
- Liaison with outside agencies, government, consultants
Key Competencies:
- Male/female
- A degree holder from a reputable university
- Min 12 years in Legal
- Excellent communication and strong leadership
- Strong analytical
- Fluent in speaking and writing in English
- Location : Head Office Jakarta
