FARM MANAGER (Code : FM)

Responsibility :

• Plan, organize and control all Farm activities in order to ensure that concept, role, procedure and system in farm, support to R&D Division (Breeding, Laboratory & PDS) and help to speed up in the breeding program to achieve breeding target in effective and efficient manner

Qualification :

• Male
• Age Max 40 Years Old
• S1 Agriculture(Agronomic, Horticulture, Breeding) from reputable university (Preferable Master Degree)
• At least Min 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Good communication, Good Leadership, motivation, honest, accurate, interpersonal, dynamic  and analytical skills, Flexible and Conceptual thinking
• Able to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment
• Fluently English both oral and written
• Able to make operational budget planning
• Highly energetic with initiative and confidence
• Computer literate MS Office
• Liked the field work and travel
• Able to join immediately
• Willing to work overtime
• Willing to be located in Purwakarta
